This Legal Notice and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the "Legal Notice"), regulate the access and use of this Internet portal: https://www.apartool.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), owned by the company THE MEET AND TRADE GROUP, SL.

ACCEPTANCE

The navigation, as well as the simple access to the Site and/or the mere use of the services offered through the same, attributes the condition of user of the Site (hereinafter, the "User") and implies the full and unreserved acceptance of the conditions included in this Legal Notice, in the version published by APARTOOL at the very moment the User accesses the Site.

APARTOOL reserves the right to modify unilaterally, at any time and without prior notice, the clauses of this Legal Notice, as well as the configuration and, in general, any other content or service of the Site. The use of the services and/or simple access to the Site implies acceptance of any modification introduced. Therefore, APARTOOL recommends periodically consulting the present document, as well as its subsequent modifications.

Likewise, the use of the Site is subject to all legal notices, regulations of use or instructions made known to the user through the present Site and which replace, complete and/or modify the present Legal Notice.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

Unless otherwise provided, the use of the Site shall be free of charge, without prejudice to the cost of connection through the corresponding telecommunications network for the User to have access.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Likewise, all notifications made by APARTOOL to the User will be considered validly made if they have been made using the data and through the aforementioned means.

To this effect, the User declares and guarantees that all the data provided by him/her are true and correct and that he/she will keep them duly updated.the present Site has been elaborated at all times in accordance with the principles of good faith by APARTOOL. However, in the event that any third party considers that their intellectual and/or industrial property rights have been infringed, they may notify APARTOOL by writing to the address indicated above.

WITHDRAWAL AND SUSPENSION OF THE SERVICE

APARTOOL may withdraw or suspend at any time and without prior notice the provision of the services offered through the Site to those users who do not comply with the provisions of this Legal Notice.

DURATION AND TERMINATION

The existence of the Site, as well as the provision of the services offered therein, has, in principle, an indefinite duration. Any dispute related to the use of this Site shall be subject to Spanish law, being competent for the resolution of any questions that may arise or actions arising from the provision of services and / or content of the Site, as well as the interpretation, application, enforcement and / or breach of the provisions herein, the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona, unless by mandatory rule is established other jurisdiction.
