Apartool closes a new funding round of 1.8 Million Euros

Apartool, the leader in corporate accommodation in Spain and Southern Europe, has closed a funding round worth 1.8 million euros. The new funds will be invested in deploying the use of artificial intelligence on its booking management platform.

This consolidation round has been primarily subscribed by its current investors, including Barlon Capital, Roch Ventures, Telegraph Hill Capital, and Finaves. A new investor, Endra Capital, a venture capital fund with stakes in other Spanish companies in services and technology for businesses, has also joined.

The injection of new capital will allow for an ambitious deployment of artificial intelligence on its platform. With this, Apartool will automate the acquisition of new apartments available to its clients, currently 300,000 in 85 countries. The investment will also enable full visibility of available units at all times and reduce the time needed to make each booking by up to 90%.

This increased speed in management will deepen operational margin improvements and allow for the acceleration of investment in expansion into new markets, a key aspect of Apartool's strategic plan for the 2026-2028 period, with which the company aims to reach 30 million euros in annual revenue.

A sustained growth

Apartool has been one of the pioneers of corporate accommodation in Europe. Between 2019 and 2024, the company grew its revenue at an annual rate of 69% (CAGR). The year 2024 marked an exceptional milestone in the company's development due to the convergence of sustained growth in its recurring business with the execution of unique projects. Apartool was the chosen partner by Emirates Team New Zealand to accommodate the entire team and their families during the America's Cup in Barcelona. The project involved the booking of more than 300 apartments for long-term stays. The Paris Olympic Games also contributed to extraordinary growth in 2024. After the completion of these unique projects, Apartool’s recurring business continued to grow at double-digit rates in 2025. Additionally, it has already been confirmed that Apartool will again manage the accommodation for Emirates Team New Zealand in the 2027 America's Cup edition.

Thanks to this upward trajectory, Apartool was named Startup of the Year 2024 by Esade Alumni and BStartup from Banco Sabadell, and has been included once again in 2026 in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 list of the startups and scaleups with the most sustained growth in Spain.

More than half of the companies in the IBEX 35 – including BBVA, Endesa, Indra, Repsol, and Ferrovial – are clients of Apartool. It also serves a significant number of corporate travel agencies and employee relocation services. In addition, Apartool manages accommodation for production teams of TV series and movies, including high-profile titles with major international stars like Venom 3: The Last Dance, The Young Sherlock, and The Walking Dead.

Corporate accommodation is a temporary apartment rental service – fully furnished and equipped – specifically designed for professionals and businesses. According to the latest edition of the GSAIR (Global Serviced Apartment Industry Report), the global corporate accommodation market will reach £183.58 billion (approximately €210 billion) by 2030, with an annual growth rate of 12.7%. Europe will follow the same trend, with a growth rate of 12.3% in the same period.
